  • 13) How do you ship?
  •        We can assure you that all orders are packed with highest precision and maximum discretion. Website address neither the company name is not mentioned on any package. Larger orders are automatically divided into two or more parcels. Shipments are sent from various shipping locations around the World to maximize rate of success delivery.

  • 14) Do you ship to my country?

  • 15) Can I get tracking number for my shipment?
  •        Sure, you will receive tracking number once the shipment will be sent. NOTE! You have to choose shipping option with tracking number.

  •        It doesn't matter inside the Europe. Outside the Europe it is better to choose slower shipping method and smaller parcels. You can wait for few days but you will get it. EMS – Express delivery is no more available for non EU customers due to increased number of controls.

  • 17) How long is shipping to my country?

  • 18) Is a signature required for delivery?
  •        Usually the signature is not required upon delivery, although sometimes the postal office may require it. This also varies from country to country.

  • 19) It is almost 4 weeks and I did not receive my order – What should I do?
  •        In many cases the parcel is stored in postal office. Please visit your postal office and ask for the shipment. It should be easy to trace your parcel if you choose shipping option with tracking number.

  •        An estimated 3-5% of shipments end up in the hands of customs officers. The customer can ask for second delivery attempt to other address free of charge. Scan of valid seizure letter from customs is needed to show.

  • 21) I received an incomplete order – What should I do?
  •       There are 2 possible scenarios. Either you did not pay full amount for your order, and so we took one or more products out of your order or you did pay well but somebody in stockpile is an asshole. If it is the latter case we will send missing products ASAP on our costs.

  • 22) What if some of the products arrive damaged?
  •         This happens sometimes. We can only assure you that proper packing is our top priority. Most often it is the result of careless handling of shipments by employees of Postal Service. We can only offer you discount coupon for next order as a small plaster against anger.

  • 23) What if I am not satisfied with the quality of products?
  •        We sell only original products of premium brands. If you are not satisfied you should contact the manufactures directly but this happen seldom.
