In a nutshell, steroid cycles refer to the schedule or frequency of a person's steroid use. There are different anabolic steroids out there that differ in half-life, but people usually use each of them at different time intervals. Some people also take different kinds of steroids at once. In general, though, a person's use of steroids tends to last six to twelve weeks.
Anabolic Steroid Cycle
The anabolic steroid cycle basically refers to the time period in which the steroids are used. This cycle is also known as the On-Cycle, while the time period in which they aren't in use is called the Off-Cycle.
Either way, during the On-Cycle, there are numerous steroid stacks. This basically means that a combination of different anabolic steroids and non-steroidal items are used during this time. Since there are literally hundreds of different anabolic steroids out there, though, there really are countless steroid stacks. As a matter of fact, if you choose, there is no cycle that is exactly the same. Naturally, the majority of performance enhancers become comfortable with particular steroid stacks, though, and will find certain combinations to get the best results and stick with them.
Steroid Cycle for beginners
If you have never had an anabolic steroid supplement before, then it would be highly advisable for you to stick with the basics. This is because you still do not know what to expect in terms of your body's reactions first. Plus, you should only want to apply hormones that your body already knows first anyway, like testosterone. Naturally, a lot of people will prefer to forgo this and start with a huge stack and cycle from the start, but this simply wouldn't be advisable for beginners.
Ideally, you should stay very safe in the beginning and only move along once you become familiar with the different anabolic steroids with time. By then, you should know and understand exactly what works for you.
However, if you start with a lot of steroids right away, you might have trouble figuring out where the problem lies if one arises. Plus, you might not even know which steroid is reaping the most benefits for you. So, start small and just work your way up slowly instead.
Advanced steroid cycle
Once you already have several steroid cycles under your best and have had great experiences with them, you can move on to the advanced cycle. Of course, not everyone will want to increase the amount of hormones that they use and a lot of men are perfectly happy with regular cycles. If you are happy where you are, then that's great.
However, if you want more and love the success that you have gotten out of the smaller cycles, you have to know that there is a strong risk to reward ratio at play here. In other words, you will get greater rewards the more that you take, but this means greater risks, as well. What you have to do now is figure out whether the risk is worth it or not.
